We all know Dwight went to Chinese brand PEAK two years ago, and so far his shoes have been good performers. Now, there’s a new one coming for the Playoffs: the PEAK DH2 Plus. Dwight’s PEAK shoes haven’t been great, but they’re very playable on any surface (performance review here in case you missed it). Shot by our friend @weocia, the latest PEAK DH2 Plus, is seen for the first time in detail in an absolutely gorgeous black/gold/white colorway. In this writer’s opinion, on looks alone, this is a top five shoe this year (and our Managing Editor agrees). You can never go wrong with the color scheme, and the lines and materials look killer.
The midsole tooling looks the same what was used on the DH2; Cushion-3 in the heel, R-Pad in the forefoot, and the Tenacit-E carbon plate in the midfoot for support (it’s real carbon by the way). The upper still features the PEAK Surface woven/fuse, but the Plus version looks waaaaaaayy more flexible and comfortable.
The DH2 Plus in black/gold and red/royal is available now at Famuji Sneakers for $100. This is an overseas site, but shipping looks really reasonable.
Let us know if you grab a pair. Or, if you have them already let us know how they feel and play. We will be working on a review as well, so stay tuned as always.

Funny how the cushioning sole outline and the color are misaligned :))
Holy shit this is Nike/adidas/BrandBlack level of design!
Very nice indeed! Definitely an upgrade from the og vesion!
The upper seems like the Curry 2.5 upper to me. A rubber overlay over some mesh and a neoprene rear collar, sounds like a winner to me
