Nike KD 14

Nike KD 14

The Nike KD 14 has some big shoes to fill. The KD 12 introduced the Zoom Strobel, while the KD 13 took it up a notch with an additional forefoot Zoom unit. This gave their users a low-to-the-ground, bouncy feel while also keeping their knees fresh enough for prolonged play. It would be a bummer if the progression of the

Nike KD 13 Deconstruction

The team at Fast Pass is at it again, this time coming through with a KD 13 deconstruction. The Fast Pass deconstructions are always interesting because they provide a detailed look at the technology and materials the brands are putting inside their best shoes.

Nike KD 13 | Detailed Look and Review

Today we take a first look at the upcoming Nike KD 13. The Nike KD 12 is still one of my favorite sneakers to play in and the upcoming KD 13 might take its place whenever we’re no longer on quarantine.

Nike KD 13 Shoes

Although the Nike KD 13 was an excellent shoe, it felt like a step back from the KD 12, which was an all-time great performer.

The traction and cushion were both standout features for the KD 13 but the forefoot containment and stability were issues. They weren’t terrible, but they could be improved. The KD 13 feels a bit more disappointing because it was preceded by such a great shoe.

Nike KD 12 Shoes

Kevin Durant’s 12th signature shoe, the KD 12, is easily the best model of the entire line.

The shoe’s fit is solid, the materials get the job done, traction is very consistent, and the cushion is both low profile and responsive. The Nike KD 12 is just an all-around great shoe that caters to most player’s needs.

Nike KD 12 Performance Review

After a disappointing 11th edition, the Nike KD 12 makes up for it with an early potential best basketball shoe of 2019 nod. Check out our full thoughts within our Nike KD 12 performance review.

Nike KD 11 Shoes

The KD 11 was, unfortunately, a very disappointing model. The KD 9 and the KD 10 were good models (the 9 a bit better than the 10), but the KD 11 was a complete step backward.

The full knit upper was wildly inconsistent and offered very poor support and fit.

It wasn’t all bad, the traction and materials were ok, and the cushion was actually pretty good, but none of these features could make up for the lack of support.

Nike KD11 Performance Review | Stanley T.

The Nike KD11, with its combination of React and Zoom, had me all up in my feels. But did the shoe live up to the standards of a two-time NBA champ? Let’s find out.

The Nike KD 11 Deconstructed

One benefit of the Nike KD 11 releasing Stateside a month after the global release is that the team over at FastPass was able to deconstruct the highly-anticipated sneaker before it drops.

Nike KD 10 Shoes

The Nike KD 9 was an amazing shoe. The Nike KD 10 was almost an amazing shoe. The bold new design of the shoe, unfortunately, made the performance suffer.

Lateral containment was the main drawback of the shoe. It wasn’t terrible, but it’s the feature that made these shoes go from great to just good. The cushion was amazing and the materials were great as well. Traction and fit were also on point.

Nike KD 9 Shoes

The Nike KD 9 is a great model, one of the best of the Kevin Durant signature line. The KD 9 features solid traction, fantastic cushion, great materials, and a solid and secure fit for optimal support.

The KD 9 is the type of shoe that you will probably want to get in a bunch of different colorways. They are that good.

Nike KD 8 Shoes

The KD 8 was a very solid on court performer. They have beastly traction and full cushion coverage. The woven upper performed very well, requiring little break-in time and offering tons of support.

Nike KD 7 Shoes

The KD 7 was one of the top performers of 2014. An extremely well-rounded shoe in nearly every category.

If there is anything to criticize it’s the ventilation. The shoe uses an eclectic assortment of materials along the upper that affect the ventilation, but it isn’t a huge drawback. The rest of the shoe was either good or great.

Nike KD 6 Shoes

The KD 6 is a really fun shoe. Not as good as the KD 5 but close. The traction wasn’t the best, but as long as you wipe during timeouts in play, you’re good to go.

Comfort and lockdown are high quality but you just didn’t get as much for your money as you did with the KD 5.

Nike KD 5 Shoes

Another stand out in the Kevin Durant Signature line, the KD 5 is a very well-rounded shoe.

The materials lacked ventilation but they were supportive and durable. The traction is great both indoors and outdoors, and the cushion featured a forefoot zoom air unit and an Airmax unit in the heel.
