Kobe Bryant’s latest basketball shoe is available now.
The Nike Mamba Instinct has been revamped and is now the Nike Mamba Rage.
This Black/White version is just the first of many (I had previewed about nine pairs a while back) to come. Tooling from the Mamba Instinct’s traction has been reused on the Mamba Rage and the cushioning retains the drop-in Lunarlon midsole.
A Flyweave upper with a new knit pattern is featured and resembles snake scales. The price remains on the lower end at $100.
Pairs that I saw a while back featured an animal on the heel of the shoe like the Nike Kobe 7. Not sure if that will remain on retail pairs or not, but don’t be surprised if you see animals on the heels of future pairs.

But why????? Why change the name again when the shoe is virtually the same as before? Also, bring back the traction from the Mamba Mentality 1 & 2! After the A.D./AD debacle and this, I think the Kobe line is on the way down…
That originally traction on the Mentality was aggressive and lasted. So of course, Nike makes it more pliable and tell us to screw ourselves. Lol
