Before Barkley’s latest model, the Chuck Posite, drops Nike is giving the Barkley Posite one last hoorah. Here is the Nike Barkley Posite Max ‘USA’ set to drop August 1, 2014, for $235. Coated in white Foamposite, the upper also gets white leather with star shaped cutouts. Black accents the “teeth” on the midsole, complementing the white-speckled Air Max bag in the heel. The liner gets the same street art-esque American flag stars and stripes found in a few of the 2014 Independence Day drops like the Blazer Mid. The Nike Barkley Posite Max ‘USA’ gets a metallic swoosh and icy outsole, as well as icy/clear branding on the heel. “Role Model” hits the outsole in navy herringbone. Why this didn’t drop with the Independence Day pack baffles me and the price for the Barkley Posite has always been steep. However, the shoe is a super clean look for summer. Thoughts on the Nike Barkley Posite Max ‘USA’ colorway? Let’s hear them in the comments below. Via NikeBlog.
Good looking shoe. I agree why didn’t this shoe drop over July 4 weekend? Might have to see if I can get these cheaper than the $235 Price Tag.
I’ve stayed away from the Barkley Posite because of the $235 price tag. Hopefully these end up on sale somewhere.
these are clean; only thing I never liked about these or some old barkleys is the lacing system; those toggles are annoying and do not give you a good fit.
if its going to be a u.s.a. colorway you should put some red on it other than the insole
Yahh
These are clean
