Why play and performance test a Retro? There are two reasons…
First, because I want to. Second, people actually search for performance reviews on these shoes. Yes, it’s true… I do my homework before I dive into something and there is a reason why I do these things. Its possible that you may not want to hoop in a Retro… good thing I test and review new releases as well… and half the time its before they’re even available so that you know what you will getting into before you buy.
Now that I’ve gotten that off my mind, after the jump are some highlights of our 7th game as we were able to pull through and get another win – we’re 6/1 right now.
FYI – I understand how some of you feel with Retro Performance Reviews, however, I’m proving that these shoes are still performance basketball sneakers before anything else… that is probably the third and most important reason. At least, reminding people that the shoes they so adamantly proclaim are “casual use only” are in fact… for basketball.

Ive been wearing the hell out of those lol. I like them quite a bit. In this video im wearing their compression tank, you cant really see it but its there… I love that too. First compression top that actually fits me.

For real, I love the retro reviews. Like you, I am old enough to appreciate the 90’s performance and want to know if the new retro’s compare – most of the time no, or maybe my memory is gone and skewed about how great things were. Anyway, love that you are doing this too and can’t wait to read and compare notes. Keep busting those guys with more frowny faces.
