The Internets have been going crazy ever since Jordan Brand signed the rapper Drake. What got even more insane was “Octobers Very Own” having his own version of collaborative co-sign on Jordan Retros.
With the recent release of the Jordan 10 Retro x OVO in the White/Metallic Gold-White, people are still salty at not being able to obtain a pair (including myself). But low and behold, there are always rumors to solidify those tears into some glimmer of hope. We give you a glimpse at the Jordan 10 Retro x OVO Black/Smoked-Metallic Gold.
These images have just recently surfaced (compared to the previous images that were probably shot with a flip phone camera), but include a little bit more clarity. Supposed date of release is around spring 2016 with price of $225, but date and price can be subject to change at any given time so stay tuned. I for one am hoping to obtain a pair (to actually wear) since I missed out on the white/gold (hint hint JB) — fingers crossed.
From a visible stand point, the black pair via image seems to utilize the same structured material of sting-ray and tumbled leather upper, and a clear smoked outsole with the visible OVO tag along the forefoot. I really appreciate the details implemented by Jordan Brand to make this particular model stand out.
Let us know what you think in the comment section on this up and coming collaboration.
