Brandblack is currently touring many of the world’s premier fashion trade shows, and with that come reveals of upcoming styles. The latest reveal is the Brandblack Aura II.
I just received my first pair of the Brandblack Aura and I’ve loved wearing it so far; Vibram’s RollinGait System makes transition fantastic and the materials — a mix of old school leathers and modern knits — is perfect for my tech-savvy tastes.
Unveiled by Brandblack’s founder David Raysse just moments ago, the Aura II will use a new “maximal cushion Vibram tooling” that should be even more comfortable than the slightly firm RGS. The new iteration, expected to release in Brandblack’s Ashes to Ashes AW18 collection, features a similar full grain leather and knit sock build as the original.
It also appears that the brand will be going a bit louder with color and materials on the Aura II as it moves deeper into the fashion industry.
There is no word on pricing or release details for the Aura II just yet but stay tuned and we’ll update you.
