If this release date is correct, we’ll be waiting a while until the adidas Dame 4 releases.
According to reputable leaker US 11, the Dame 4 won’t arrive until October 6 — and that makes sense, given that the 2017-2018 NBA regular season begins October 17.
We still don’t have a confirmed price or tech specs, but the Dame 4 has yet another new lacing system that appears to pull at the heel; that, in turn, seemingly cinches the entire lacing system. The shoe looks totally new and unlike any of his past signatures.
Several weeks ago we reported that a triple black adidas Dame 4 was coming.
What do you think of the Dame 4 so far? Sound off below.

Did adidas swap out the designers from last year because all the designs have been super ugly this year… basing this primarily on the crazy explosive 17 non primeknit (primeknit version is okay but not on par with ce 16) and now this – just seems to be a huge drop in aesthetic appeal from last year to this year, Dame 3 to Dame 4 included
DRose 7 to DRose 8 too
You must be tripping… the design has become even better and the CE17 are the prime example of absolutely kick-ass design.
I’m all for stories in signature shoes…but how can we possibly expect that traction to be even average, especially knowing we’re not getting continental or anything special in the compound
I love the shape and it looks like fit will be phenomenal. Traction is my only concern…
I agree. Everything but the traction looks promising on these.
Im not sure thats going to be the traction pattern (or at least i hope not).
Dame wore something with more lines that looks like a fingerprint on one of his practices

The lines look thinner but more on dame’s shoes on this one
well, safe to say these look yuck. dame 1 and 2 looked slick as hell.
These look a little like the Nike Turbines back when patent leather shoes were hot
That’s a pretty fast turn around from the 3’s to the 4’s, less than 10 months. Not a fan of this growing trend of one piece uppers in sneakers.
I’m concerned about traction, heel lockdown and the durability of those lace loops. Set those concerns aside and I actually like the way these look. I’d wear these if they brought the Continental rubber back and if I found out that the traction was surprisingly outstanding.
IMO, best looking Dame shoe to date. However, the traction looks very sketchy at best. Will need to wait for the performance review on these.
Can they go back to the jacquard knit upper and throw that Continental rubber outsole on these? That’d be great.
Firreeeeee
Tried it in store here in the philippines. it was a bit hard to get into, they even have a shoe horn that they let you use to get your foot in. but once it goes in, your foot isnt going anywhere. wide footers might need to go up half a size.
