Video: Ross Klein Talks Under Armour Charge BB & Spine Bionic BB Deisgn

Yesterday we had the chance to hear about the latest Under Armour basketball sneakers performance features and now we get a breakdown on their overall design.

The Charge BB sounds very interesting… mostly because of the sole & alleged “spring plate” that mimics the Air Jordan XI… I don’t buy into the articulated thermos sized cup at the heel.

Take a look at let me know what you guys think.

  1. I Just recently noticed about my self that i am tuned into the Nike system.
tried some other company such as adidas (rose1.5, haward2.0) and reebok, but the air max on the heel and zoom on the front is just what i like and need.
everything sounds good in the video, but not sure if it will work for me.

  2. I like the Spine better than the BB Charge. although I would had preferred the propulsion plate system used instead. I’m a bit turned considering the only reason that I’m disliking the BB so much are those damn cuffs.

  3. If it is said to be articulated cuff or top and it is suppose to be flexible for the low cut feel, i find it unbelievable for it to have support of a high cut. Reason being if u r getting ur ankle rolling a flexible cuff is not gonna stop it from rolling like a Lebron X or any high top which will make this shoe like the Kobe VII Play Strong cuff.
