I assume everyone has seen this video already… where a couple of Seniors at Connell High School threw fouls left and right at the opposing team.
I’ve personally played against individuals just like this… still do to this day actually. It’s funny how someone bigger and stronger than you can feel so threatened by your abilities. While I do not agree that all of these fouls were no-call flagrant fouls, foul number 5 was definitely cause for immediate ejection.
What some people don’t realize is that when you are in the air, you are completely vulnerable. More injuries come from being knocked off target than you can fathom… just last year I suffered a knee injury that kept me off court for 4 1/2 months after being hit while in the air.
It’s easy to lose your cool when playing sports but this type of behavior can actually hurt someone, most often that is not even the intent but it will be the outcome. Hopefully these guys never step foot on a basketball court again as this is a disgrace for the game I love.
it breaks my heart to see that the sport I love has come down to envy & hate.
I have hope that people will remember what the sport is about…fun.

i cant believe that the ref let him get away with that so many times and the coach! the coach should be fired and the player should be kicked off the team that is unacceptable and rediculous.
I blame the coach for allowing a player on his squad to continuously give unnecessary hard fouls. I didnt feel they were flagrant fouls per say except for the fifth one.
