As usual, once Ronnie Fieg posts about an upcoming collection it means its arrival is imminent.
Fieg’s boutique empire Kith has teamed up once again with long-time collaborator Asics to create a winter footwear and apparel collection with Moncler, an Italian apparel manufacturer founded by René Ramillon in the French Alps.
Once known for down jackets used to equip expeditions to some of the most remote locations on earth, Moncler has created a full range of apparel, footwear, and accessories with Kith. Iconic pieces like the Rochebrune Jacket will release alongside Kith originals like the Lachat Down Hoodie.
The collection’s color palette — red, off-white, and navy — is inspired by the the home countries of both brands (France and the USA). Comprised of 36 styles, the collection will drop in two parts.
According to Kith, Delivery 1 will focus on the harsh winter elements and contain all of the collection’s outerwear, as well as accessories and collaborative boots. Delivery 2 will include three Asics Gel-Lyte III collabs that use furry inner linings for warmth, premium fleece pieces, and tees.
The Kith x Moncler Delivery 1 drops this Saturday, December 2, while Delivery 2 arrives on December 9. The collection will be available at all Kith locations, Kith.com, select Moncler flagships, resort destinations, and Moncler.com. Pricing will range from about $200 to upwards of $1200.
