adidas Officially Unveils the AlphaBOUNCE with Engineered Mesh

After all the leaked imagery and news bits gathered around the Interwebs, adidas Running has officially unveiled the AlphaBOUNCE featuring engineered mesh.

Engineered zones provide increased airflow around the foot adding ventilation to the silhouette without compromising performance (the molded mesh uppers didn’t offer a ton of breathability). Comfort and sizing should all remain the same as the original version.

The launch colorways of the adidas AlphaBOUNCE with Engineered Mesh will be available for $110 for purchase and pre-order on adidas.com starting Saturday, November 19. Four colorways for men (grey, tan, blue, and green) and three for women (grey, tan, and blue) will become available.

Let us know what you think of the new material option on the adidas AlphaBOUNCE below — that tan version is looking pretty clean.

  1. grey ones are sexy….too bad i already have the original joints in black, as well as light grey…these are a great shoe to walk around in/lift in, they’re really low to the ground and ridiculously comfortable, didn’t think bounce would be as nice as this having played in the lillard 2 (which is a great shoe, it’s just that the bounce in the l2 is a lot denser/firmer, and doesn’t compress/bounce back in as pronounced a fashion as the alphabounce when you’re just walking around in them)
