Jordan Brand unveils another Air Jordan XX9 that looks amazing, but you have no chance at grabbing a pair.
The Photo Reel XX9’s were unobtainable, and so are these. But both look great and showcase what the performance woven upper can do from a visual standpoint – we all know it performs beautifully.
Take a look, drool a bit… then feel free to sulk. You’ll never get a chance at grabbing a pair… until one of the players puts their pair on eBay.

do you think the traction on these will be better because these have a solid outsole instead of the normal clear soles?
The clear outsoles had really good traction, so not sure how these could beat them when the pattern can only do so much. Rubber compounds used nowadays are much better than they were a few years ago. As long as the compound is good then the traction usually will be as well.
Not a UNC fan, but these look sick. Nicest looking XX9’s so far.
JB is running out of time. They should’ve been giving us these other designs. Now buzz should be generating on the XXX(No porn) by now. I feel like they did the same thing with the XX8; it was over before the full potential was reached.
When I tried searching jordan xxx in my school it blocked my search for pornography…. Pretty awkward

They’re not releasing at all so it really doesnt matter if people like them or not. And its contradictory to say buy what you like while bashing people for liking these… what if they actually like them?
These 29s should have been on NikeID. If they can do it for flyknit models, then they can surely do it for this woven material. I’m no UNC fan either, but these definitely make the 29 look less boring.
Agree with most of the posts about the xx9. It’s another great model that was touted as having all of this design potential that just never truly came to fruition. With weaving the prints/designs into the shoe, there could have been sooooo much potential but I guess a few things worked against them including the cost to maybe make the shoe cutting into their usual profit margin. They gave us the knit but removed heel zoom which does matter to some people. The same went for the xx8 but I could see why those never got off the floor with designs because there were so many other quality issues with the zoom bags popping. The xx9 should have been the one to make it happen. Maybe the XXX (30) will do the trick. I just don’t see the point of advertising the shoe as having all of this potential but then never producing it. Just don’t say anything.

Nightwing when you were there for the info release did anyone ever ask why or how these couldn’t be on nikeid because I feel that it could be done?
We asked about NIKEiD, Low Tops and an SE version. Were told that just the game shoe would be available. Anything can change, but we’re creeping up on the 30 soon so if they drop anything else it’d have to be quick.
