Saturday was a big night in the future of “the sweet science” — boxing — and we may have seen the rise of the next great heavyweight in Anthony Joshua. After knocking out Vladimir Klitschko in the eleventh round, Joshua is now the unified Heavyweight Champion, holding titles in the IBF, WBO, and IBO organizations (that’s a lot of letters).
While boxing has slipped in mainstream consciousness with the rise of MMA/UFC in the last few years, there is still something about holding that belt in your hands after a fight — so much so that 90,000 people filled the arena to watch, setting the record for largest crowd ever, post-WWII.

Under Armour has a long history with boxing, particularly with the greatest, Muhammad Ali, giving the Champ a line of clothing and training gear with his likeness back in 2015 that was met with great reviews and sales. It looks like UA may have hit again with Joshua.
To celebrate the win, Under Armour teamed with Kano, an English rapper and one of the founding fathers of grime, for a spoken-word rhyme on the person that is Anthony Joshua. The video was filmed at Repton Boxing Club in Cheshire, England. If you wait until the end you will see the words “And Still,” signifying the job isn’t done. Won’t give away too much more — it’s only a minute long, so watch it.
If you watched the fight, or have seen the highlights, drop a note and let us know what you thought.
