For those that don’t like laceless sneakers, maybe this one will catch your eye.
WearTesters recently reported on the laceless Nike Free Run Flyknit 3.0 that came in a ‘Platinum/Black/Luminous Green’ colorway that was set to release later on in March. For people that don’t like laceless sneakers, Nike is releasing the Free Run 5.0 in a similar colorway, this time with laces.
Though the upper on the Nike Free Run 5.0 isn’t comprised of Flyknit, people should have no issues with containment or how it feels on-foot. Conversely, the cushioning should remain the same as the Free Run Flyknit 3.0 so regardless of which pair you get, the cushioning should be adequate wherever these are taken.
The Nike Free Run 5.0 ‘Luminous Green/Black/Platinum’ is set to release on March 28 over at Eastbay and Finish Line in men’s and women’s sizing. Like the Free Run Flyknit 3.0, no word on price but keep it here at WearTesters for any updates.
