A big moment happened in Beijing on January 31: Peak unveiled the uniforms for six national Olympic teams that include: Brazil, Iceland, New Zealand, Romania, Slovenia, and Ukraine.
Unveiled at the brand’s “Meet The Moment” collection release conference, the unforms employ Peak’s Temperature Control Technology. This technology is designed to keep the athletes warm and provide adequate breathability at the same time.
During the conference. Sergey Bubka of the International Olympic Committee and President of the Ukraine Olympic commented on why the team chose Peak. “We are not the first time to cooperate with PEAK,” said Bubka in a statement. “We believe in this famous Chinese sports brand and our athletes like it so much.”
According to SGB Media, Peak employed an international designer team to ensure each uniform was practical and unique. For example, the uniform of Slovenia features lines that represent the highest peak of Slovenia while the main color emits “natural, energetic, and fresh” vibes.
