If you’re a fan of LeBron’s Soldier line then you should be excited for the 2018 retro of the LeBron Soldier 1.
An integral part of Nike’s Art of a Champion collection (which celebrates iconic moments and sneakers of the NBA Playoffs), this LeBron Soldier 1 retro honors LeBron James’ historic performance at Game 5 of the 2007 Eastern Conference Finals.
With just 6:05 left on the clock LeBron went on to dominate the game — well into overtime — and scored 29 of his team’s final 30 points, according to Nike. He scored all of the team’s double overtime points wearing the LeBron Soldier 1, and with that victory sent himself to his first NBA Finals.
This retro is nearly identical to the original LeBron wore in that game, save for the gold “WITNESS” lettering on his PE. Additional details include the NBA’s “Association” branding on the left insole, while 16 strike marks hit the right insole. A unique patch is also included behind the tongue.
The Nike LeBron Soldier 1 ’25 Straight’ releases tomorrow, May 31, for $150 via Nike SNKRS (10 AM ET).
If you miss out, the LeBron Soldier 12, the latest model in the line, will be releasing in a matching colorway at Eastbay.com for $130.
