Just in time for the Summer season, Jordan Brand unveils their latest off-court model – the Jordan Eclipse.
Inspired by the brands greatest achievements in their signature line, the Eclipse borrows design cues from classic Air Jordan’s and tones them down to a soon-to-be classic silhouette. The tooling and heel logo placement are taken directly from the AJ3, while the breathable neoprene tongue are from the AJ6 & 7. Their material choice of utilizing textile mesh uppers will serve well both for comfort and creativity – you’ll be seeing a lot of prints and graphics in the future. It’s listed that the heel features a Zoom Air unit, but I read else wear that they feature a regular Air unit – like the AJ3. Not sure which is which, but I’m sure we’ll find out eventually.
The Jordan Eclipse is available now at select Jordan Brand retailers – you can grab the Black pair now at Finish Line – while they’ll arrive at other retailers beginning April 1st.
