The Jordan 6 Rings is Available Now in Team Royal

The Jordan 6 Rings are officially back and it starts with the Team Royal edition.

The only thing we can spot that has changed between this version of the Jordan 6 Rings and previous models is the midfoot shank from the Air Jordan 8 has been replaced with one that looks similar to what the brand uses on the Jordan Future. It’s more of a carbon fiber plate rather than a TPU plate.

Otherwise, everything you’ve come to know from the 6 Rings should be present — we’re hoping that still includes both the heel and forefoot Zoom Air units. Retail is $165, which is more than I think they should be retailing for, but if you are looking for a Retro-styled hoop shoe that features tech from the Air Jordan 13 then this is your best bet — unless you like pay $190 for the actual AJ13.

If you were interested in this ‘Motorsport’ rendition of the Jordan 6 Rings then you can grab them now at FootLocker.com.

  1. I never liked the Jordan 13, imo one of the ugliest along with the 15. I always thought the 6 rings was much better looking. Glad to see CF replacing the TPU plate.

As cool as these are, I’m saving my money towards the BB x Weartesters Rare Metal.
