The Jordan 6 Rings are officially back and it starts with the Team Royal edition.
The only thing we can spot that has changed between this version of the Jordan 6 Rings and previous models is the midfoot shank from the Air Jordan 8 has been replaced with one that looks similar to what the brand uses on the Jordan Future. It’s more of a carbon fiber plate rather than a TPU plate.
Otherwise, everything you’ve come to know from the 6 Rings should be present — we’re hoping that still includes both the heel and forefoot Zoom Air units. Retail is $165, which is more than I think they should be retailing for, but if you are looking for a Retro-styled hoop shoe that features tech from the Air Jordan 13 then this is your best bet — unless you like pay $190 for the actual AJ13.
