Hiroshi Fujiwara and the Swoosh are at it again. This time, Fragment Design’s founder offers up a new take on a hybrid of the Air Max LD Zero. The Godfather of streetwear didn’t disappoint.
The pairs set to release feature the obvious full length Max Air tooling. The upper utilizes an open mesh with hints of suede along the eyestay and heel counter. Fragment Design branding can be found on the unique insoles, printed atop the clear Air Max unit, and last but not least, at the heels.
It isn’t news that Nike and Fujiwara love creating timeless designs with one another; they have done so repeatedly under the HTM moniker with Mark Parker and Tinker Hatfield. Look for these bad boys to release at KITH and also your local NikeLab retailers for a price of $210 on September 22.
In the meantime, what do you think of the design? Is it a clean look? Is that price point a little too high for namesake attachment? Let us know down in the comments.
