The first installment was inspired by a classic American breakfast: bacon and eggs. This next installment is inspired by another breakfast favorite: Belgian Waffles.
The Saucony Courageous used here features a yellow and brown upper constructed with premium satin, suede, nubuck, and leather. The “S” logo is done in yellow leather on the lateral side and brown leather on the medial side. Purple, pink, and green 3M dots represent the fruit and mint garnishes usually found on top of waffles. Feature branding is found along the heel counter, tongue label, and on the waffle and syrup graphic insoles.
Similar to the first installment, Feature and Saucony provide images mimicing classic ’80s and ’90s sneaker advertisements. This Feature x Saucony ‘Belgian Waffle’ is releasing on February 25 for $120 in-store and online at Feature.
This installment will also drop alongside an apparel collection that includes retro-inspired tees and hoodies with simple graphics to match the Saucony Courageous ‘Belgian Waffle’. Stay tuned for more information on the next pieces of Feature’s Breakfast pack.
