The Air Jordan 9 University Gold, a shoe that reminds us of the 2010 Air Jordan 9 Citrus, released recently, and like all Jordans these days, promptly sold out. Luckily, Chris checked in with his local sneaker boutique on a weekday (giving away our secrets here) and they’d received a late shipment of these bad boys.
The colorblocking on this particular AJ 9 is made up like the original Jordan 9 Charcoal. And as Chris always says, it’s a great idea to use OG colorblocking with ALL the colors. The Jordan 9 represented the globalization of the game of basketball but was also a solid performer on court. Chris actually did a full performance review on the Jordan 9 in summer 2012.
