The Air Jordan 11 Low IE Black Cement is a new colorway of the original Jordan 11 Low. This new colorway gets most of its inspiration from the Jordan 3 Black Cement. It also matches up extremely well with the original Cobalt colorway of Jordan 11 Low IE. This first time colorway could easily be mistaken for an original and probably is an original in some alternate timeline.
What’s in the video?
In the video, Chris does what he always does. He gives us a detailed look at the materials, cushioning, traction, and fit. He reviews a bunch of small details on this made for summer shoe that is, in his words, an “Air Jordan 11 with ventilation”:
- The definition of the “IE” in the shoe’s name
- No polyurethane insole (again)
- Phylon midsole
- Full length air sole (as expected)
- Herringbone pods (there can never be enough herringbone)
- Sizing (True to size, unlike last year’s Jordan 11 Low IE)
You’ll also get some riveting conversation with Mrs. Wing. Which, to be honest, is expected, but you’ll definitely enjoy her nonplussed reaction to the Jordan 11 Low IE Black Cement. It’s a shoe made for Chris while Mrs. Wing thinks they’re ugly. She also reiterates that she’s not a fan of Jordan 11s (the horror!). Chris wraps it up by revealing which type of 11 Low he prefers, the 11 lows with patent leather or the 11 Low IE. And if you know, you know (don’t worry, you’ll get it when you watch the video).
