The next adidas Consortium collaborative series, Consortium 4D, will highlight the brand’s latest technology: Futurecraft 4D, a midsole printed with Digital Light Synthesis (a process created by Silicon Valley tech company Carbon).
According to the teaser posted by the boutiques involved in this new Consortium 4D series, New York-based KITH, Taiwan’s favorite INVINCIBLE, U.K.-based Footpatrol, and Swedish sneaker empire Sneakersnstuff will all be releasing collaborations on adidas’ 4D footwear.
All the boutiques have said is that these collabs are “coming soon” so we’ll update you when more information becomes available. Like the rest of the adidas Futurecraft 4D releases, expect a price point at $300 or above.
Way back in December of 2017 we reported on a leak of what could be INVINCIBLE’s upcoming adidas Futurecraft 4D runner. Then, leaker Yeezy Mafia had said to expect these collabs in March of 2018, but these releases probably got pushed back.
