The first Jordan Brand shoe made for women, the Women’s Air Jordan OG, is back and we have a detailed look and review.
The women’s Air Jordan OG originally released in 1998 and was the very first Brand Jordan model built exclusively for women.
Design elements were borrowed from the Air Jordan 13 while tech specs were nearly the same. The original model featured herringbone traction, composite shank, leather build, heel Air Sole cushioning and forefoot Zoom Air. This first-ever Retro version removed the forefoot Zoom Air and replaced the heel Air Sole unit with Zoom Air. Everything else seems to have remained the same.
We will try to get a performance review on the model done so stay tuned for more in the following weeks. If you want a pair, they’re available at Finish Line.
