After the Air Jordan 1 ‘Homage to Home’ and the Air Jordan 1 Rebel ‘Top 3’ we thought Jordan Brand had hit its mismatched/split Jordan quota. We were wrong, because the upcoming Russell Westbrook Air Jordan 10 will also be split.
The shoe, which features “Class of 2006” on the left insole, is an homage to Westbrook’s outstanding on-court performances before the NBA. Then, he played for the Leuzinger High School Olympians, and their uniforms are where this shoe gets its colors.
The Air Jordan 10 ‘Olympians’ is split between University Red and Hyper Royal, and even the outsole gets both colors. White and black tumbled leather make up the rest of the shoe, and if you plan on hooping in the Air Jordan 10 know that it utilizes a full-length Air unit within a Phylon midsole. Russell Westbrook’s Air Jordan 10 ‘Olympians’ is scheduled to release on June 30 for $190 at Eastbay.com. It will also be available in boys sizes for $140 — that’s the build pictured here.
