With the Way of Wade 8 leaking online earlier this week, our best look yet has arrived.
Speculation on the upcoming Way of Wade 8 can now be silenced as the shoe looks to officially use a laceless lockdown system.
Instead of creating their own version of FastFit or Adapt, Li-Ning and the Wade Brand have instead opted to use a dual dial system — one for the ankle collar and the other for the midfoot. The forefoot lockdown will come from the strap that is in place.
Materials look to be knit along with synthetic overlays and cushion is currently unknown. Whatever the cushion is, it may be soft as there is a TPU support panel in place along the entire lateral side of the shoe.
We can also see that there is a lot of padding within the interior of the rear collar. This should make for a very interesting experience.
