Nike PG 4 ‘Gatorade’ | Detailed Look and Review

The Nike PG 4 ‘Gatorade’ gets broken down in the recently launched colorway. The big news? After four years of consistency, the PG line gets an overhaul with the PG 4.

Zoom Air is left behind as Nike’s original Air cushioning is brought back. However, the Air unit has been modified and turned into an Air strobel board — much like the Zoom Air strobel board found in the Nike KD 12.

Traction on the PG 4 is circular, like the PG 3, but this time around the moon landing has nothing to do with the aesthetic. Instead, the circular pattern was meant to be a bit of a visual aid — showcasing the Air technology used within the shoe.

Materials are textiles and knit — not too far from the rest of the PG line. Only this time around the team at Nike decided to pay tribute to one of its more popular shoes from the 90’s — the Nike Zoom Glove.

We hope you enjoyed our Nike PG 4 ‘Gatorade’ detailed look and review. Stay tuned for the Nike PG 4 Performance Review in the coming weeks. The Nike PG 4 ‘Gatorade’ is available now at Nike.com.
