A Detailed Look and Review of Gordon Hayward’s ANTA GH1 Signature Shoe

Gordon Hayward’s first signature shoe with ANTA, the ANTA GH1, has officially released overseas and they’re surprisingly good.

The build is a mixture between Fuse, Jacquard knit, and synthetic leather. Its overall design is a bit reminiscent of the Air Jordan 2011 Q Flight (great sneaker) with some minor tweaks here and there. However, the shoe is a giant step in the right direction if you compare them to Klay’s first signature shoe with ANTA — showing how far the Chinese brand has come in just a few years time.

Cushion is ANTA’s A-Shock foam — which is a very comfortable setup. However, this version is a bit firmer than previous versions, but still extremely comfortable on-court.

We’re almost done wear-testing these guys, and so far, they are in the Bad Boy category. Which is a good sign for anyone that is a WearTesters regular.
