Your Reebok – Custom Reebok Pump Omni Lite

A little over a month ago, I decided to order a pair of custom Reebok Pump Omni Lite’s through Reebok’s Your Reebok.

The first image you see is the final product, the one that I agreed to ordering after designing the colors, placement and materials. After the jump you will see what I received.

Basically, they did come out nice with great quality and craftsmanship. However, the colors and such did not come out the way they looked online. This isn’t a huge issue but it is annoying.

Once the order is placed, they begin to work on your shoes about a week later. The one thing that Reebok should be doing here is keeping you updated on your custom order… this is something that was not done at all and I didn’t hear back from them after I placed my order until the order had shipped. I personally like how NIKEiD keeps you in the loop with your order… notifying you every step of the way.

Something that is shown in the video only is the box. The shipping box is your shoe box… weird, I know. You are supposed to take apart the box they shipped the shoes in then put it back together with all of the Reebok branding showing and so on… this was pretty cheap and for those that like special boxes and enjoy keeping those boxes in good condition… this is not for you.
