The moment we’ve all been waiting… the Air Jordan 4 Retro ‘Black/Cement’ returns in OG form next month.
30 years since its debut, the Air Jordan 4 has been a staple among sneakerheads.
The latest Retro version of the Air Jordan 4 features a nubuck upper along with the classic TPU lacewings. Much like the recent Air Jordan 11 ‘Pure Platinum’, ‘Concord’ and Air Jordan 6 ‘Black/Infrared’ Retro releases, the Air Jordan 4 ‘Black/Cement’ for 2019 will feature a PU insole for additional comfort. Nike Air branding on the heel also makes a return for the first time since 1999.
Be sure to mark your calendars as the date has been pushed up and set to release on May 4, priced at $200. Do you plan on grabbing a pair? Or maybe the real question is how many pairs do you plan on grabbing? Is this a two pair minimum? Sound off down in the comments below.

I honestly don’t think I’m going to buy these. I might be crazy, but I just don’t like the nubuck material on them. I’d also rather have the Air trainer 3 that is coming out about a week before.
Kinda agree with you on the nubuck part. I felt the same way about the 6s too.
Is it just me or does the Nike Air on the heel tab look off? Like the Nike part with the swoosh should be smaller to line up more with the AIR part on the bottom? Not sure but it looks just slightly off, like it needs to be tighter or something? I’ll probably try for these but if I strike out or forget on release day, I won’t be upset.
