When I was at Under Armour’s SS17 showcase I got an early look at this latest training model from UA. Designed for training and high intensity workouts, the Charged Ultimate 2.0 uses a durable and lightweight mesh upper with lateral rubber forefoot wrap. The forefoot is coated in TPU for added durability, and the burrito tongue allows for a precise fit. The shoe utilizes an external heel counter and medial flat knit panel. Underfoot, there is a 4D Foam sockliner and Charged cushioning midsole. Beneath that sits a durable full-length non-marking rubber outsole.
The UA Charged Ultimate 2.0 is available now for $100 at UA.com in two colorways. Thoughts? Let us know in the comments.
