You best believe Curry has exclusive Curry 4 heat for China after spending the summer touring Asia with Under Armour.
Last night, our very own Jahronmon was in the Bay at the SC30 Select Showcase for WearTesters. There, the top high school players in the world went head to head in a game; one team was coached by Stephen Curry, the other by his brother Seth. The footwear is always a big part of the SC30 Select Showcase, and this year’s event didn’t disappoint.
Stephen Curry debuted a China-exclusive colorway of the Curry 4 that appears holographic. It utilizes black Threadborne, a multicolor graphic print on the rest of the upper, orange accents, and sits atop a blue translucent outsole. There is no official release date yet, but if you want these I’d start calling the connect in China.
Meanwhile, Josh Jackson and Jahvon Quinerly were kicking it in a white/black colorway of the Curry 4. It’s simple, rides atop a translucent outsole, and uses a perforated toebox for better ventilation. Yesterday, we reported a confirmed release date for the Curry 4.
Which Curry 4 colorway are you feeling more? Let us know in the comments.
Wow. Doesn’t take color well. LEAVE these in China.
These are nice and I appreciate the share! I see you trashing UA shoes and all the currys on every post…leave your trash on Niketalk
Not a Nike fan either. UA should have focused on performance. instead they tried to become Nike overnight and chased sales and categories. But you’re welcome to buy all the UA footwear you want, you have little competition
Every Curry shoe that has come out has been a beast performer. Try a pair out before you talk trash, you Nike sheep. With under armour’s performance track record, I’m willing to bet these perform phenomenally. I’m definitely copping a pair.
These look like the Hyperflight mixed with the Jordan 11, if I’m being honest.
Think the white and gold look a lot better, like on every other shoe, just don’t like the orange SC logo
RS, these don’t come out for another 2+ months so how do you know they don’t perform?!…Also, you say they all look bad so how does that mean they didn’t focus on performance or are trying to chase sales by becoming Nike overnight if they don’t even look decent to you. I understand if you don’t like these or any currys but trashing under armour shoes altogether is a stretch. The ankle compression is popular right now and every mainstrean brand, not just nike is doing it and not just in basketball shoes.
