I personally love these. They look amazing and the tech should be a decent upgrade from the Team Lightning I reviewed. The Fuse upper doesn’t feel cheap even though its plastic and they were able to still place some overlay panels throughout for some nice depth to the design. I’m loving the visible foam cushion (Gradient Dual) and the traction pattern. Speaking of the outsole, the rubber feels as if there are dual densities to it. The Clear portions being a little softer or ‘pliable’ while the solid sections feature a dense rubber like what was used on the Team Lightning.
I can’t wait to lace these up and see what they can do!
Do these feel lower to the ground than the team lightnings?
Felt the same to me. The fit feels better in these though. They hug the foot perfectly. Not in an uncomfortable way.

Hey man, these look better than the first version IMO. Hopefully they are good outdoors, and that it was a good decision that you waited for them rather than get the PE team Lightning version.
Peak is a joke is Australia. There website sucks (doesn’t look like it’s been updated in ages) and their service sucks. They don’t even provide basic services like replying to your emails (at all).
I don’t think I’ll be able to get them, unless I find them somewhere overseas for a decent price. Hopefully a store like Eastbay can get them in.

It says fish bone texture. A herring is a fish. Fish bone = herring bone.
