Next week Oliver Cabell will be dropping its wildest — and priciest — collaboration yet with the world famous tannery behind the iconic Hermes Birkin bag.
After an instant sell-out of Oliver Cabell’s collaboration with Cole Buxton, the footwear brand has made its way from Spain to France to partner with Remy Carriat.
According to Oliver Cabell, the Carriat family has been making stunning leather since 1927 in Espelette, France. Remy Carriat is renowned for its full grain buffalo leather that it supplies to many of the top luxury houses.
For its latest footwear project, Remy Carriat and Oliver Cabell created an exclusive — and incredibly limited — hand painted buffalo leather sneaker with a monochrome finish. According to the brand, each buffalo hide used has its own unique texture and look that makes no two pairs of the small 30-pair run the same.
The Remy Carriat x Oliver Cabell Low 1 will release on June 28 for $268. It is the priciest and most limited shoe Oliver Cabell has released to date.
In time for wedding season, Oliver Cabell unveiled its premium Chelsea Boots made in Spain.
