In April, Jordan Brand unveiled its Summer 2018 collection comprised of tons of retro models to keep us kicking. The brand is starting things off this month with the Air Jordan 14 ‘Desert Sand’.
The tan suede upper blends perfectly with the black tongue and laces, while other small hits of black — like those on the lining, midsole accessory, and Jordan badge — help bring out this model’s contrasting tones.
The rear of the shoe shows the brightest assortment of colors; orange details flood the tip of the heel and ends of the midsole, while the white outsole bleeds up onto the back section. Beneath the shoe, the black midsole accessory carries down into the outsole, which is all-white save for the orange ‘XIV’ circle below the forefoot.
The Air Jordan 14 features an articulated Zoom Air unit in the forefoot and another Zoom unit in the heel for impact protection.
The Air Jordan 14 ‘Desert Sand’ will arrive next Tuesday, May 15, for $190 at Eastbay.com. Its release will coincide with the launch of the Air Jordan 11 Low ‘RE2PECT’.
