Baseball season has just begun, and two Bay Area teams — the Oakland Athletics and San Francisco Giants — have already received special Curry 4 Lows.
Some might recall that in 2016 Under Armour secured a deal to become the official uniform provider of Major League Baseball. Beginning in 2020, the deal marks the first time the Baltimore-based brand will hold exclusive rights to uniforms of a major sports league.
Thus, the brand is prepping for the deal by giving some teams exclusive footwear. The Curry 4 Low ‘San Francisco Giants’ features the black and orange look of the team with synthetic leather at the toe and heel. The Curry 4 Low ‘Oakland Athletics’ swaps the synthetic leather for nubuck, and both shoes ride atop white tooling with speckled outsoles.
Like the Curry 4, the Curry 4 Low uses a knit upper heat-welded to a synthetic quarter panel to keep the shoe lightweight. There is no additional cushioning underfoot, just a low-profile foam setup with the speed plate for stability while shooting.
You can learn more about this shoe, and get sizing information, by checking out Nightwing2303’s Under Armour Curry 4 Low Performance Review.
Both of these Curry 4 Lows are available now at Shoe Palace for $120 each.

Although the green pair is very loud, it’s very appealing to me.
