WNBA star Skylar Diggins is one of the few WNBA players who receives PE’s (player exclusives/editions) that men wish they could have. In honor of her mother, Diggins and Nike have come together to create a PE that honors Diggin’s mother.
Skylar Diggins mother, Renee, was Skylar’s biggest role model growing up. Skylar says, “She showed me the epitome of what I wanted to be as a woman when I grew up, and showed me what hard work was like.” This Player Exclusive honors Skylar’s mother with details that remind Skylar of her mother’s encouraging words.
The Nike Zoom Hyperrev 2016 ‘Skylar Diggins PE’ is decked out in an entirely orange upper. White accents are found along the outline of the midfoot strap and the outline of the Swoosh on the midfoot strap. A black midsole is directly underfoot, with a marbled outsole underneath it. Details under each strap help to commemorate Skylar Diggin’s mother with words such as “You Do You”.
