If you like straps, triple white kicks, and serious outdoor hoops shoes, the Nike LeBron Soldier 12 ‘Triple White’ is for you.
Summertime means outdoor hooping, and there are two camps I’ve seen pop up come the summer: people that want triple white kicks and people that want triple black kicks. Both are understandable — there’s nothing as clean as a triple white sneaker, especially on court, and there’s nothing more stealth than a triple black shoe.
Now, the LeBron Soldier 12 has surfaced in a triple white build, and it is clean. It features a faux-ostrich leather toecap, rides atop icy outsoles — so use them before they yellow — features heel and forefoot Zoom Air cushioning, and dynamic straps that cross the midfoot and ankle for support.
The one weakness with the shoe has been the plastic clip securing the strap; many online, both Stateside and overseas, have posted images of the clip breaking after one wear. To remedy this, some geniuses have replaced the plastic with a metal ring to create something more durable.
According to reliable leaker US11, the Nike LeBron Soldier 12 ‘Triple White’ will release on August 1. It will be a SFG release so expect the $140 price tag.
