Can’t believe we’re on the eleventh Soldier.
While the Nike Soldier 10 was a disappointment, we’re hoping the Soldier 11 is able to redeem the line.
We were able to provide you with a detailed review on the premium version of the Solider 11 and today we’re taking a look at the regular version. Main difference between the two is the materials used around the rand. Premium versions of the Solider will offer premium materials while the regular versions will use the ballistic nylon mesh seen here.
Let us know if the Nike LeBron Soldier 11 is a model you’re considering for your on-court adventures or not below in the comment section and tay tuned for the performance review in the coming weeks.
Played a couple of 2-3 hour sessions in the Prototype CW this past week.
Initial thoughts: Much better product just from trying them on. Much lighter, not as restrictive as 10 and a lower profile ride. Protruding Zoom can be felt right away at least for me but I’m a heavier guy so YMMV.
I’m really enjoying playing in these. Good containment, good lockdown and surprisingly good traction. Cushioning is OK could be a little better (much better than the 10) but I’m willing to comprise a bit since the court feel is awesome.
Nightwing, I know you weren’t a fan of the 10 so I’m interested in your review lol. I’m feeling good about this purchase so I can’t wait till I can find these on clearance haha.

Only thing I’ve had an issue with so far is the traction. I might be too light on my feet though. That and the court I was on was filthy.
I gave up on 24 and City Sports courts lol. We’ve been playing on some nicer courts, a couple of private schools in Santa Clara and Palo Alto. Sometimes at the Milpitas Sports Center too during lunch hours.
Anyways, long time follower, first time poster. Keep up the good work.
I am about to revieve these in the mail. The 9’s have been my go to shoe, for the past year and half. I really hope these deliver, going to be playing on concrete at hoopfest in them. Will write a full review once i get em on!!
