We’ve had images before but now you can experience the Nike Basketball Elite Series 2.0 in its entirety.
The LeBron X and Kobe 8 receive minor upgrades – nothing that warrants another test run – but the KD V has undergone quite a few modifications as they’ve added more ventilation and brought back Caged Zoom Air which is located in the heel.
I can’t wait to check these out in person and hoop in the KD’s.

The Kobe’s have zoom air and phylon in them now, they should’ve just added zoom air to the lunarlon
im sure the phylon with zoom air performed better.. but either way its for sure an upgrade to the lunarlon and should be the best kobe to date
Very excited about the KDs. Shoe looks like it could be beastly on the court. So excited about the heel zoom. From the early renderings it also looks like the forefoot zoom bag might be bigger too. I also really like the colorway. I’m keeping fingers crossed the price isn’t insane on these…

Not bad, enjoyed last year’s series more, but this year’s is ok.
While the lebron didn’t improve a whole lot performance wise, it looks better. The kobe didn’t improve much performance and decreased style wise( I like the regular one a lot better not that there is a huge change, they look the same.) The kd though….. I know why they made the regular version high top now, but they are straight beastly, can’t wait to see retail on these. If they perform as well as they look, they are a must have!
Im going on record as betting that the elite KDs still come in cheaper then the other two (Lebron X, Kobe 8) regular season models.

They should have added a lot more dynamic flywire to the Kobe 8s, that would have the best lockdown on a shoe ever. And I that would be amazing if the Kobes had FULL LENGTH ZOOM. anybody know what zoom it has?

Agreed lol I hope they’ have full length zoom. It’s to bad the original kobe 8s did have an option for full length zoom, It kinda defeats the purpose of it being a system. So does this mean the elites aren’t a system and I can’t put in my lunaron insert. While zoom is a great cushioning option I still love lunarlon since foams are great for impact absorption.

i liked how the KD v performed didnt really like the look of it and low cuts always feel better to me on the court so im super excited for these to release.. should be a near PERFECT performance shoe! looks great as well
Is the “caged” zoom in the new kd elite heel the same as the zoom in the lebron x?
