Nike has finally revealed the release info regarding the much anticipated sacai x Nike LDWaffle and Blazer.
Inspired by the balance between stability and betrayal, fashion designer Chitose Abe of sacai created the Nike LDWaffle and Nike Blazer by pulling multiple heritage Nike silhouettes into a singular hybrid form. Specifically, the “betrayal” elements are represented by the doubled elements, like the Swoosh and tongue, as well as elongated midsoles, while “stability” is depicted by the silhouette’s familiar retro color scheme.
