The Nike Air Scream LWP Retro Has Arrived at Eastbay

The 2018 Nike Air Scream LWP retro has arrived Stateside, and in a new colorway.

In the mid-90s Nike was experimenting with the Lightweight Performance (LWP) line, a group of then-lightweight multipurpose trainers. In the not-too-distant past we saw the LWP line get re-released in the form of the Air Go LWP in 2011 and more recently, the Air Zoom LWP in 2016.

Now, the Air Scream LWP is back. It was once a lightweight cross trainer that originally released in 1995. While it originally had an Air unit in the midsole, there is no official word on what this latest iteration uses.

The Nike Air Scream LWP is available now at Eastbay.com for $110 in Cement Grey/Infrared/Black.
