Here we have a first look at an all new silhouette from Nike the Air Max Bo Jackson in a south beach colorway.
Bo Jackson is a legend, and Nike has been releasing retro Bo Jackson Trainers consistently and now we are getting a fresh new silhouette with the Nike Air Max Bo Jackson. This silhouette has a lot going on, a graphic midsole, translucent sole, mesh panels reminiscent on the Jordan IV and a forefoot strap all keep this model busy with features. The Forefoot strap has futuristic detailing for a unique look and the heel features the number “34” to truly make it a Bo Jackson shoe. The graphic midsole is a great addition but with so much things going on in this model the graphic midsole adds to the chaotic design. This colorway is of the south beach variety featuring a teal upper and pink hits on the inner lining and swoosh. Overall this colorway works with this model without feeling forced.
Personally i really want to like this model but the mesh panels are throwing me off. The Full length Air Max bag should be extremely comfortable and i always appreciate straps on a pair of kicks. Unfortunately this model as one or two things too much going on for me to be fully sold, although for the right price i would pick these up. No word on release details or price but stay tuned to WearTesters.com when that information surfaces.
this is probably the worst CW I’ve ever seen on any shoe:
First the “south beach” CW has always been hideous
second the graphics used are a joke. look at the strap and midsole. its pitiful
third and worst of all Bo Jackson wouldnt be caught dead wearing these. he is about as opposite from the south beach style and personality as you can get
its disrespectful to the man. either nike doesnt KNOW BO or doesnt care who he is or what he’s about
