The ever-so-popular Air Max 97 is getting a playful remake — perhaps for all of us that couldn’t grab Sean Wotherspoon’s corduroy Air Max.
Featuring a corduroy upper mixed with pink, neon, yellow, red, and blue in a reflective material, the Nike Air Max 97 SE adopts a jolly outlook donning the upper with various color schemes. The upper is layered systematically according to the sneaker’s layout starting from pink, neon yellow, red, to a cream colorway, while the tongue comes in a mix of blue and yellow with a red lined swish to top off the look.
The shoe will be available on May 17 with a price tag of $170 and launch alongside a matching corduroy Air Max 95. First listed as a European exclusive, select Stateside retailers like Sneaker Room have been getting this pack in so keep your eyes open if you’re interested.
