Nike’s latest takedown signature model, the Kyrie Flytrap, has gotten a lot of attention since its Stateside launch a few weeks ago. Now, several colorways have launched overseas.
Given the shoe’s $80 price tag and performance tooling it isn’t surprising that the shoe has gotten a ton of attention. With a forefoot Zoom unit and lightweight textile upper, the Flytrap is built to perform. And now, four new men’s and two new grade school colorways appear to be ready for release.
The first of the men’s models has a charcoal gray upper, with a gold logo placed on the tongue. The outsole is colored white and green, completing this Celtics-inspired look. The next colorway reminds me of the Air Max Sunset pack because the black upper is accented by orange and yellow hues that peek through the knit overlay. The last men’s colorway is an all-white pair with an icy outsole and silver accents.
The first of the grade school pairs is identical to the final men’s pair, and the second grade school pair is all-black with brown gum accents.
There’s no official release date for the pairs, but expect these colorways to arrive at Eastbay.com in the coming weeks.
