After initial rumors regarding a adidas x Naruto collaboration, we finally get a first look at the first sneaker of the collection.
Kakashi Hatake, the mentor and leader of Team 7, gets his own adidas COPA Ultra Boost as part of the collection; the silhouette features the character’s signature faded blue and grey suede upper with a roughly fabricated three stripes to contrast.
The sneaker also comes with many iconic Kakashi features. The Mangekyou Sharingan, Kakashi’s most deadly weapon, is seen on the tongue area, while the Leaf village iconography sits miniature atop the heel tab.
This isn’t the first time that adidas has done a collaboration with an iconic Japanese manga; the brand with three stripes did a Dragon Ball Z collection last year that generated much hype around the release.
Release info for the sneaker has yet to be made available, but stay tuned to WearTesters as we continue to update the story.
