The Jordan Trunner XL GS Retro Gets the Volt Treatment

Trunner XL - Front Angle

Jordan Brand is bringing even more nostalgia to our feet. We had previously shown you the BHM Trunner XL model, however, this time we’re giving you a brighter view…literally. The New Trunner XL Retro gets a Volt colorway treatment, so if you don’t want to be blinded, put on some shades and take a gander.

Trunner XL - Side

The Trunner XL is specifically created for those in the off-season. For those in training and conditioning, you know that getting better and improving your game is not solely based on being on the court, but also off the court. This shoe features an Air Jordan 15-like woven construction along the forefoot with some neoprene panels for a laceless slip-on fit. Lockdown is provided by a dual-strap system, but I’m guessing not many people will jump at the colorway — although it could be a good way to see your kids in a crowd.

There is no official word stating whether or not these will come in men’s sizes but we wouldn’t be surprised if Jordan Brand considered it. These trainers are slated for February 11 with a price tag of $130.

What do you think of the Volt colorway? Does the Trunner XL bring back memories from the early 2000s? Remember Roy Rones Jr training in the original pair for the Brand Jordan Magazine? Let us know what you think down in the comments.
