Jordan Brand looks to be entering new territory with the Jordan Shine. The Nike subsidiary has typically stayed within basketball and retros until recently, in which they’ve delved into skateboarding, running, and in this case, high-end fashion. I’d assume the increase in popularity in high-end sneakers like the Balenciaga Arena prompted the creation of the Jordan Shine, as both have premium leathers, and similarly-high price points.
The Jordan Shine will retail for $400 (compared to $585 for the Arena High). Stay tuned to WearTesters.com for a confirmed release date. Let us know what you think of the sneakers in the comments below. Would you be willing to cop a pair?
