Jordan Brand hooked Jeff Green up big time.
In a Players Tribune video, Jeff Green shared his very special colorway of the Air Jordan 31. It is inspired by the heart surgery he underwent in 2012.
The special build, which we’re assuming is a one-of-one, uses a red and white color scheme that is set off with special design features like an American Heart Association logo on the tongue and the name of the doctor who performed the procedure stitched in the sockliner.
